En voici la recette :

This is the simplest keto donut I’ve made, and probably the lightest (as in least dense). I was going for a donut that kinda tastes like a cinnamon roll.
First, pre-heat your oven to 350°.
Here’s how you do the dough:

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp of baking soda
  • ¼ cup of Honest Keto Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of melted butter

Get out a big bowl and throw all that shit in, mix with a fork until it’s a uniform color/consistency.
Fill donut molds 2/3 full, put in the oven for ~10 mins or until edges are getting browned/crispy.
For the icing:

  • 1/4cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • Erythritol (confectioners)
  • Cinnamon

Put that stuff in a wide bowl, melt it all together in the microwave (start with ~30 secs) and cream it all together with a fork.
When donuts are room temp, dip them into the glaze and cool on a wire rack (or a plate if you don’t have a rack). I repeated the dipping about 3 times per donut (letting the glaze solidify on the donut between each dip) because it’s pretty thin.
When all done dipping and ~75% solidified, I sprinkled with cinnamon ‘sugar’ (erythritol).
Was very easy and they taste great.

Personnellement, je remplace l’Erythrol que je ne connais pas par du sucre de bouleau (Xylitol).
